Everyone needs to actively manage their mental health, and 1 in 4 of us will have a mental health episode in our lifetime. But managing your mental health is confusing. Often you don't feel confident.

Mental Snapp is a space for you to tell your story - and to gain your confidence. You record short video diaries, rate your mood and name your feelings. No one watches the videos, there is no one judging you. It's your version of events, and telling them helps you reflect and get to know yourself on a whole new level.

You can find things out about yourself and learn your moods. The app is designed to make it easy for you. We help you through the process, to organise your video diary clips in a way that is searchable and provide you with prompts.

We believe you already have the skills you need to manage your mental health. What you can do by recording regular video diaries with Mental Snapp is to draw those skills out.
